Tim Lambert has been a Realtor in Chicago since 2005, working the north side of the city and surrounding suburbs.
He has a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing, earned at The University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana in 2001. Prior to that, Tim worked as a District Account Supervisor at Hershey Chocolate, selling and managing a team of 7 salespeople.
Selling across all property types, single family homes, condos, and multi-unit buildings, Tim has a built a knowledge of the needs and differences of what each type of transaction requires. This also includes the different needs of a conventional sale versus a short sale or foreclosure, each of which brings different challenges.
After 15 years, Tim has become an expert in the transaction process, inventory, understanding of the market and proper communication. Through his own buying and selling, he also has an intimate knowledge of the personal financial decisions a buyer and seller need to make, as they prepare for their move and lives ahead.
Tim sells through knowledge of the market, listening to and learning the buyers’ and sellers’ needs and communicating his experience in a thoughtful manner to increase his client’s decision-making ability.
